These Terms govern your use of TalkEngly ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use TalkEngly. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• Be respectful on calls and in chat.
• Do not harass, threaten, or share sexual or violent content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not record calls without explicit consent from all participants.
• Do not use the Service for spam, advertising, or illegal activity.

4. Payments

Founding Member Early Access is free. Future paid features will be presented clearly with prices, billing frequency, and cancellation steps before any charge. See Payment Policy.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TalkEngly a limited license to display, transmit and process that content as needed to provide the Service.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkEngly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless otherwise required by your local law.
