Payment Policy

TalkEngly is committed to billing transparency. This Payment Policy explains how purchases work on our app and website.
1. No hidden charges
We do not run ₹1 trial tricks or silent auto-renewals. Before any charge, you will clearly see the price, what you are buying, and any renewal terms.
2. Payment methods
- In-app (Android / iOS): handled through Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase.
- Website: major credit/debit cards, UPI (India), and selected wallets via our payment processor.
3. Currency and pricing
Prices may be shown in your local currency where supported. Conversion rates and fees are determined by your bank or the app store.
4. Taxes
Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) depending on your country. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
5. Receipts
You will receive a receipt by email after every successful payment. App store purchases are also visible in your store account history.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails or is charged twice, contact talkenglysupport@gmail.com with the transaction reference. We resolve duplicate charges within 5–10 business days.
7. Card security
We never store full card numbers on our servers. Card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel any subscription at any time from the app or your app store account. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
