Refund Policy

We want every paid TalkEngly purchase to feel like a fair exchange. If something isn't right, we'd rather refund you than keep your money.
1. Early Access
Early Access for Founding Members is free, so there is nothing to refund during this period.
2. Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not significantly used the paid feature.
- Refunds for subscriptions paid through Google Play or the App Store are processed according to those platforms' policies. We will assist you with the request.
- Refunds for purchases made directly through our website are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. How to request a refund
Email talkenglysupport@gmail.com from the email on your account with:
- Order ID or transaction reference.
- A short reason for the refund (helps us improve).
We respond within one business day and confirm refunds in writing.
4. Non-refundable items
- Purchases older than 30 days.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms or Community Guidelines.
