Getting started

Is TalkEngly free?

Yes — Early Access is free for the first 1,000 Founding Members. You'll always be told before any future charge.

Who is TalkEngly for?

Anyone who can read basic English and wants to actually speak it confidently — from beginners to advanced learners.

Do I need any equipment?

Just a phone with a working mic and an internet connection. Headphones are recommended but not required.

How calls work

Do I practice with AI or with real people?

Live calls are always with real people. AI only steps in after the call to suggest better phrases, grammar fixes and pronunciation tips.

How are partners matched?

We match based on your English level, topics of interest, and availability — so calls feel natural and useful.

What if a call feels uncomfortable?

You can end any call at any time and report the user. We act on every report — see our Community Guidelines.

Billing & accounts

Will you automatically deduct money?

Never. We don't believe in ₹1 trial tricks or silent auto-renewals. You will always confirm any charge explicitly.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — see our Refund Policy. Most paid purchases are refundable within 7 days if you haven't used the feature.

How do I delete my account?

From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Full details on our Delete Account Policy page.

What do Founding Members get?

Lifetime Premium access, an exclusive badge, priority support, a 50% lifetime discount on future plans, and direct influence on the roadmap.

How long is Early Access?

Roughly 2–3 months while we refine the product with feedback from the first 1,000 members.
