Delete Account Policy

You can delete your TalkEngly account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

1. Delete from the app

  1. Open the TalkEngly app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

2. Delete by email

If you can't access the app, send an email from the address registered on your account to talkenglysupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We verify your identity and confirm deletion within 7 days.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your profile, name, email, photo, and English level.
  • Your call history, AI feedback notes, and preferences.
  • Messages you sent inside the app.

4. What we may retain

  • Limited transaction and tax records that we are legally required to keep.
  • Abuse and safety records related to reports made against the account, where keeping them is necessary to protect other users.

Retained records are minimal, segregated, and never used to re-identify you for marketing.

5. Reactivation

Account deletion is permanent. To use TalkEngly again you'll need to create a new account.
