Delete Account Policy

You can delete your TalkEngly account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
1. Delete from the app
- Open the TalkEngly app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
2. Delete by email
If you can't access the app, send an email from the address registered on your account to talkenglysupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We verify your identity and confirm deletion within 7 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email, photo, and English level.
- Your call history, AI feedback notes, and preferences.
- Messages you sent inside the app.
4. What we may retain
- Limited transaction and tax records that we are legally required to keep.
- Abuse and safety records related to reports made against the account, where keeping them is necessary to protect other users.
Retained records are minimal, segregated, and never used to re-identify you for marketing.
5. Reactivation
Account deletion is permanent. To use TalkEngly again you'll need to create a new account.
